FAQs – Quick Answers
📦 When will I receive my mail?
Letters are sent out the first week of each month, so make sure to sign up before the month ends to get that month’s delivery!
As is the nature of snail mail/letter sending, your shipment may take 1-6 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.
✏️ What’s inside?
Each month includes a unique bundle of junk journaling goodies: stickers, paper supplies, mini games, journal prompts, and a personal letter from me. 💌
📬 What if my letter hasn’t arrived?
Mail can take 1-6 weeks, depending on location. If it hasn’t arrived after 6 weeks, email hello@lemondroppress.com and I’ll resend it.
Please note: I am unable to resend letters if you contact me more than 2 months after the original shipping date!
💳 When will I be charged?
You will be charged for your Lemon Drop Club subscription on the same day each month. e.g., if you sign up on the 20th of September, you will be billed on the 20th of October.
⚙️ Can I update or cancel my subscription?
Yes! After subscribing, you’ll get an email to manage your subscription, update your address, or pause/cancel. If you cancel after being charged, you’ll still receive that month’s shipment. I don't offer refunds after the automatic billing has triggered or for a change of mind.

Hey, been there, done that! Please email me to update your address on your order. Note: you can update on Appstle, but this will only affect future orders!!!
Letters are sent via an untracked Australia Post stamp and aren’t tracked - please double-check your address at checkout, as we’re unable to replace orders sent to incorrect details.
