EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a request through our EU Withdrawal Request form available on our website below. 

Where a withdrawal request is accepted, products must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided. Refunds will be processed after returned items are received and inspected, or where otherwise required by law.

Please note that certain products or services may be exempt from withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law, including goods that have been personalised or customised to your specifications.

Lemon Drop Club is a recurring subscription service. Withdrawal requests apply to the specific order identified in your request and do not automatically cancel future subscription renewals unless separately requested.
